Perfect location for New York. Quiet rooms in a side street. Good equipment and excellent comfort. Very attentive staff and very clean. One of the best hotels for the price within walking distance of Central Park.

Some rooms are a bit smaller. In New York this is a very good standard! Otherwise there is little to complain about. The service is great, you take care of everything and very friendly.

The Omni Berkshire Place had a perfect location just off of 5th Avenue, making it ideal for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and accommodating our request for a quiet room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room, although small, was clean and well-appointed. We also appreciated the complimentary evening cocktails and the surprise champagne in the lobby for Valentine's Day.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, right near the Easter Parade on 5th Ave. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

Great rooms, good fitness facility, close to everything mid-town. The views may not be great from some rooms, but the rooms facing the back are very quiet at night. Our room was spacious and immaculate, and my request for a high floor was fulfilled. The location can't be beat - so many of the sights you'll want to see are within easy walking distance.

Some rooms may have poor views and are unable to open the curtains. The toilet paper is single ply and the bathrobes are polyester, which can be grating.

This place is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. It's in a good area, close to everything, and centrally located in midtown Manhattan. The rooms are large and clean, with a nice sitting area and comfortable beds. The staff here is super friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had. They are well trained in customer service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Housekeeping was great .. very clean.

Concierge Beatrice was very arrogant and wanted to get rid of me without helping. Had asked my outbound shuttle tel. to be confirmed. Unfortunately, she was already overwhelmed with reading the voucher and stressed under her dignity whether my request.

We loved staying in this place! It was located in a prime area with great shopping just a short walk away. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the tours/ticket assistance. Our room was perfect and had all the amenities we needed, including a terrace with a gorgeous view. The restaurant/bar offered a great continental breakfast and the staff was ready to help in any way. a five-star experience!

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's in a great area of the city, right by 5th avenue with fantastic shopping within walking distance. Not only that, but it's in the upscale financial district, so you know you're in a prime spot. The quiet surroundings make it the perfect location for whatever you may be doing in Manhattan.

Located just a stone's throw from Rockerfeller Center, this hotel puts you right in the heart of the action. You can easily walk to all the attractions in the area, including Times Square. The rooms are spacious and beautifully renovated, with comfortable beds and elegant decor. The bathroom is clean and modern, and the staff provides exceptional service. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive, and the bar has a lively atmosphere. it's a great place to base yourself for exploring that area of NYC.

The only downside is that the room service can be disappointing and overpriced.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on East 52nd Street, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions. It was so convenient to explore this city, with easy access to metro stops and transportation options to get to Newark airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and delightful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
