Loved the location, just steps from 5th Avenue and nearby attractions. The room had a comfortable king bed and a nice marble bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring NYC. Appreciated the complimentary morning beverages delivered to our room—coffee was a highlight. The staff always seemed friendly and eager to assist, making us feel welcomed. We did experience noise issues, especially on the weekends with late-night disturbances from the hallway. Additionally, the elevator had some hiccups during our stay, which made checking out a little frustrating. Overall, the hotel is a solid choice with luxurious elements, but the noise and elevator issues need addressing.

I stayed in a Premier City View King room, and it was really spacious and nicely decorated. The bedding was super comfy, perfect after a long day, and the turndown service was a lovely touch. But the shower was a bit outdated, and I wish they had better communication about room service perks. Overall, it was a cozy space!

I appreciated the spacious Deluxe King Room, which exceeded my expectations. The old school marble bathroom was impressive and added a touch of elegance.

The location was exceptional, making it easy to explore. Despite the initial excitement, the room cleanliness fell short with visible dirt and an unpleasant surprise in the bathroom. Service issues persisted, as it took too long to receive requested pillows, and staff members frequently entered the room unannounced. Dining options were disappointing, with poorly prepared food that did not meet expectations.

Clean room, modern amenities, with a nice view onto 52nd Street and very close to multiple subway stops for easy travel across the city.

i had a great stay at omni. the deluxe king room was comfy and nicely decorated. the staff, especially michael and vitali at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. the hotel is just a block from 5th avenue, so the location is perfect. I also loved the pool lounge chairs. they were great for relaxation.
